Mini Accordion Album with a Twist

Hello All,

I am back again with a new pattern :) So exited :D

I was just randomly surfing through blogs where I found this different shaped mini album at Maria's Blog and wanted to give it a shot (she has provided the template too).

I have kept this pretty simple to the needs of the customer and I am glad that he and the receiver both liked the card (as it was much to what the customer needed in it). There are plenty of options to experiment with this shape and I look forward to playing with the template a bit.

Have a look at what I came up with.

The FLOWER card

Hello All,

I am back again to post a new type of card pattern I have tried my hands on (actually came across it through the web, though don't remember where), .

It is a hexagon shaped card which opens up as a six petal flower with another insert card for a personal message :). I have tried to make the card entirely in three colors - pink, white and black, through which I could enter it to the Guest Challenge at Arty Sorts where Indira is holding up a series of fun challenges as a part of a mega celebration.

It was a very challenging task to make this card as it has a lot of components in it (though I don;t know it looks like or not, you shall decide it) but I am happy that the receiver has really liked it (phew, this pays off your hard work and motivates you too).

As always, it is another PICTURE HEAVY POST, so kindly bear with it.

Have a look :

I hope you like my attempt.

Recycled CD mini for Swap Central India

Hello All,

My today's post is about a CD mini album I have made as a participant in Swap Central India. It was a very challenging task to do as one, I had never made a recycled project and that too a mini, two, you can imagine how small a CD is to work on, so the space constraints, three, I was scared as I never attempted/participated in any swap, four, I din't know who my partner was.

With all the above things in my mind, it was actually difficult for me to start up with the mini, but as it was initiated, it just went on so smoothly and I completely loved the way it turned out.

Well, wont write much and would directly share the pictures. Have a look :)
