Hey All,
I am not a person who blogs a lot, but now I decided I will atleast give it a try and so here I am back after a long long time.
Today, I would like to share with you a card I made for PPS contest, which asked us to make a project with using the product(s) purchased from their store (there are a lot of amazing products in there, do check out). The project had a requirement, that the product should contribute for atleast 50% of it all. and upload it to the site. The project with maximum number of votes would be winning a AED gift 100 voucher and also a Sketchbook.
Using a AED 50 voucher I won on PPS before, I had opted to purchase American Crafts Knock Outs STARTER KIT which is for AED 50.
I am not that good at using the punches on projects that well, so having seen this kind of a card a lot before from many other crafters, i gave it a try. and here is how it looks -
Its just a simple card with multi-layered borders of alternate colors, a locally purchased pp used in the middle, a couple of buttons and used the Unity Stamp Company's - You are my Sunshine with Colorbox yellow ink, both purchased from Ujjwal.
And guess what, I won the contest with 143 votes, *woot*. I would like to thank all my friends, and friends of friends, who have voted for me and made me win.
Regards,
Apeksha
